Tourism Corporation Bonaire ondertekent nieuwe CAO met vakbond ABVO
Tourism Corporation Bonaire (TCB) heeft een nieuwe
collectieve arbeidsovereenkomst (CAO) voor haar werknemers ondertekend met de vakbond
ABVO. Na bijna 2 jaar is de ondertekening van de nieuwe CAO gerealiseerd als resultaat van de
onderhandelingen die gevoerd werden om dit te bereiken. Dhr Miles Mercera, directeur van de
TCB is blij dat dit proces eindelijk afgerond kon worden. Hierbij moet ook vermeld worden dat
de shopstewards mw Joanny Trinidad en dhr Rolando Marin een waardevolle bijdrage hebben
geleverd aan het concretiseren van de nieuwe CAO.
‘Als directeur van de TCB ben ik erg blij met wat wij bereikt hebben om inhoud te geven aan het
fundament van de TCB, te weten onze medewerkers. Voor mij vertegenwoordigen onze
medewerkers 100% van onze resultaten als organisatie en als sector en vandaag hebben wij
ervoor gezorgd dat ons team alles heeft wat nodig is om te kunnen functioneren in een nieuw
arbeidstijdperk en om onze doelen voor het komende jaar te bereiken. Onze felicitaties aan alle

Tourism Corporation Bonaire signs new collective labor agreement with labor
union ABVO
Kralendijk (December 14th, 2021) – Tourism Corporation Bonaire (TCB) has signed a new
collective labor agreement (CAO) for its employees with the labor union ABVO. After almost 2
years, the signing of the new collective labor agreement has been realized as a result of the
negotiations that were conducted to achieve this. Mr. Miles Mercera, CEO of TCB is pleased
that this process could finally be completed. It should also be mentioned that the shop
stewards Mrs. Joanny Trinidad and Mr. Rolando Marin have made a valuable contribution to
the implementation of the new collective labor agreement.

foundation of TCB, namely our employees. To me, our employees represent 100% of our results
as an organization and as an industry and today we have ensured that our team has everything
