One of the cardinal objectives of the Stichting Musica tapainova and to improve all the aspects related to the organization of the musical festival “Aruba Caiso & Soca Monarch” (ACSM).This includes the way to communicate with musicians,”qualnanta” the heart of the festival.
On Thursday, September 21, 2023, Stichting Musica invited the bandleader and participant to an informational meeting, in order to provide them with extensive information about new concepts of the Prefinalsdi the festival.As an incentive, the StichtingMusica provided the opportunity for participants to register for ACSM2024 completely free of charge.
The members of the Stichting Musica board of directors were extremely satisfied with a good attendance at the meeting and indicated that they were happy with the participation of band leaders in the WhatsApp group chat for musicians, who this year were more active than before. No it is all the time when everyone has the same opinion, but the dialogue between musiconanta made it possible for Stichting Musica to take into account various aspects and perspectives and thus make decisions that receive the support of the majority.
The ACSM2024 Prefinals will take place on November 7, 8 and 9, 2023 at The Venue. The three nights of Prefinals will be broadcast “live”, live and direct, through Telearuba and through Live Streaming by one and everyone can enjoy at home, with family, in groups of friends and colleagues. For the first time in history, Arubans who are abroad will also be able to tune in to the musical show, completely free of charge. La música Stichting will make the maximum effort to mobilize neighborhood centers, care homes and other social and commercial instances to organize “Watch Parties”, to which community groups can get together and enjoy each other, on every step of our island. During the broadcast, viewers and online followers will have the opportunity to win prizes.
It is a fact, that for several years the Prefinals of the festival only attract the loyal fans of the bands that participate in each night the music certainly wants to provide opportunities to those who want to hold festivals and its participants prefer the opportunity to support, shout and make noises in The Venue. Each band and participant will receive tickets for free admission and will be able to divide their fans. On the Stichting Musica Facebook page I would also raffle a limited number of tickets for free admission to the festival.
In this way ACSM2024 would enter a new era, in a Moderna and accessible format. Those who were present at the meeting received valuable information and tips to elevate their presentations on stage and on camera.
