Regarding the development, knowledge and improvement of community services, a course was conducted for two roadservice companies. From August 14, 2023 to September 18, 2023, the “Afhandeling Verkeersongevallen” course, intended for the road service was presented at the E.J. Watty Vos Police School.
This course was dedicated to road service personnel how they must document an accident. In order to provide the community with a better service based on traffic laws and regulations. The entire course was prepared and instructed by specialists of the Traffic Department. The course included a theoretical section and a practical one, in which all participants successfully passed a test at the end.
With this, the participants had a better vision and instruction of how to deal with a traffic accident, keeping up with what they learned in the course. After more than a month of an intensive course all the participants received their certificate. We can say that the road service personnel are now certified to take traffic accidents, but they are also better prepared to attend different scenarios in the traffic.
