On 2 May 2023, the online Land Aruba Academy was launched.
This is an online platform with hundreds of online courses, masterclasses, videos and articles for all staff employed by the Land of Aruba. It’s a form of Personalised learning: the public sector worker can now make a professional develop at his own level and in his own area of expertise or interest. For the Employees are not charged.
The public servant working on projects, for example, can learn more about the different project management methods. Digital skills (Excel, Word, teams) are also available on the platform for beginners and advanced users.

Registration for the platform takes place through the department where the employee works. The Employees registered by the service received an e-mail with information on how to register. If desired, the services can provide a short demo by the DRH. Further information can be found on the HR Portal website.
