Tourism Minister Dangui Oduber was on a visit to La Cabana Beach Resort & Casino. The minister was received by GM Joe Najjar, his staff and employees in a very friendly way.
I went through all the ideas and plans of upgrading and renovation that La Cabana has to improve their product they offer to their guests.
They began implementing a master plan that includes renovating all their rooms, building a pool for adults only, building a new activities center with a pool for children and renovating and reorganizing their restaurants. An investment of $28 million that certainly shows the confidence in the government’s vision, management, economy and product Aruba. It was a very interesting tour of the hotel and also to see that Hotels believe in the Aruba product and that after Aruba went through several challenges with hotels having to close many of them, today we can see that the trust continues and construction is taking place to continue welcoming the tourists who visit Aruba.
