The 6th KLM Aruba Marathon is an official road race, organized on the highest international level, AIMS/ World Athletics certified, acknowledgment as a Boston Qualifier, and accreditation as one of the qualifying Marathons for the Abbott World Marathon Majors Wanda Age Group World Championships.

Beat the Marathon Record & Win USD 2.500,-. The current Marathon distance record in Aruba is 02:48, held by Mr. Juan Valencia from Colombia. Any man or woman who breaks this Aruba Marathon record and secures the overall victory in 2024 will receive USD 2,500.
At the finish awaits you a special designed bling-bling shiny Gold medal. And After the Finish awaits you a Celebration Party with friends and family on Hilton Aruba’s Beach! Registration is open until we reach our limit of 2.500 participants. AIMS Certified Race: Mr. Wim Jonkman, AA level Measurer from AIMS / IAAF measured and certified the course so that the KLM Aruba Marathon is certified until 2025. AIMS is the Association of International Marathons and Distance with International Association of Athletic Federations (IAAF) on all matters related to international road races.
To increase the brand awareness of the KLM Aruba Marathon the KLM Aruba Marathon exhibited on the Miami Marathon on January 27th and 29th to promote Aruba and the KLM Aruba Marathon. The Miami Marathon has developed into an internationally renowned event with a field of 25,000 runners from all USA states and over 80 countries.
