During the week and the weekend behind us, the course for the management of goats and sheep for commercial purposes was initiated. As you know, the whole city is built for this kind of competition.
The Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Santa Rosa has prepared and started the second course. Last Thursday, this was the first theory class in Santa Rosa from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Then, on Saturday, the first practical course took place on the Santa Rosa campus. Here he visited the goat and sheep breeding department to give a detailed explanation by our head of the breeding department in person. I’m not sure. The practical course is from 9:00 to 11:00.
On the site of Santa Rosa itself, various possibilities for animal feed are demonstrated. It indicates which plants can be planted to feed your livestock without problems. Also taking into account the nutritional value of these plants.
Several cages were visited to inform the students about the best way to breed. Learn when a goat or a sheep is bad and what the solution is. And find out if the breeds are clean or unclean. When slaughtering your goat or sheep, you have to consider a few things. The animals are checked weekly to make sure everything is okay. The Lamb is an example of good nutrition and good care. So we can keep saying that this course locks you in.
The course will run until 23 September, after which all participants will receive a certificate of successful participation. From Santa Rosa, we wish all the students good luck and that they can expand their knowledge about the breeding of goats and sheep for commercial purposes.
