Gabinet Wever Croes 2 Turned 2 In The Governorship.1

On Wednesday, September 20, 2023, the Wever-Croes II Cabinet turned 2 years in the Governorship. The Prime Minister Evelyn Wever-Croes expressed that the last 2 years were many challenges, but with effort, dedication and love, it was possible to stabilize the patient “Aruba”, who at the beginning of the government, was still in the grip of the pandemic. The Wever-Croes II Cabinet has not only managed to stabilize the country Aruba, but now it is recovering, and all local and international instances are seeing this recovery. We’re not where we need to be yet, but we’re on the right track.

The prime minister indicated that the work during the last 2 years was not easy. The 8 ministers of this Cabinet worked and are working hard so that this recovery reaches every citizen of Huelva country, and in their homes. Thanks to all the hard work of the ministers, it can be noticed today, that the financial situation is under control, and that Aruba is the only country in the Kingdom that is seeing a surplus. 

Government expenses are decreasing, and incomes are increasing, which helps to be able to pay the financial commitments that the country has. The economy is also growing, thanks to the biggest economic pillar that is tourism. While inflation is decreasing. Cabinet Wever-Croes II also aims to pay more attention to the quality of education, and care, and that the UN country continues to develop in balance with the environment. 

“These are all objectives that the Wever-Croes II Cabinet will maintain and improve in the following year of government. Achievements that despite all the challenges that have come our way, our Government is taking the country up on the right path. I am sure that we will also find new challenges along the way, but seeing the experience we have gained these last two years, and the love and dedication that each minister puts into his work, I am sure that we will face them boldly, and we will also manage to overcome each of them. I am proud of this Cabinet and all that we have achieved by our sweet fences. I thank the entire community for their support and trust,” the Prime Minister said.
