FPNA facilitated a Vegetation Mapping Workshop to increase the local capacity for vegetation and flora monitoring. This two-day workshop was organized together with our international conservation partners Wageningen University & Research (WUR) and Carmabi Foundation. FPNA as a conservation management organization facilitates and actively supports applied research and the collection, compilation and publication of data, in short conservation intelligence to support conservation desicion making. Thank you to all participants for their time and dedication to nature conservation. In the near future, FPNA will start structurally monitoring the status of vegetation and flora around the island to advance its conservation action.
