Different instances speak day and night about the protection of animals, which is a duty of an owner of an animal to take into account, however there are still some people who are not aware or are too irresponsible regarding their duties as parents of these animals.
Even though there is a law against it, there are still many dogs and cats roaming the streets of Aruba looking for food in the various shrines that are presented to him.
This is certainly an unfortunate and unacceptable situation. A dog deserves a home and the attention it deserves. Seeing these Puppys walking aimlessly and very distracted does not give Aruba a good impression and image. It is hoped that the owners of these dogs can take responsibility or the concerned departments can take action and remove these animals from the road for a better life.
