Since being crowned champions last year, SV Dakota knew they would have to start preparing for the CONCACAF Club Shield tournament. Clear championship and final came first and now can fully concentrate on the tournament in St Kitts and Nevis.

Media Officer of SV Dakota Maricarmen Bikker informs that for several weeks already the training they are taking place, both physical and mental training looking to play in a climate and times that are not used to it. The young footballers trained well and gave their best efforts to give in the best condition that they can to represent Aruba in St. Kitts. The young people are aged between 15 and 16 years old and also 32 and 33 years old who travel in the delegation. The team will travel next Tuesday and play their first match on the 4th against SWA Sharks FC. Last Sunday was their final training in Frans Figaroa and where they also met their teams and the president of AVB presented and gave a speech to the young people where they will represent Aruba and gave his words of success to the young athletes.
