Caricom Delegation To 3Rd Pfpad

Declarashon of Rekomendashon ku CPAN and BHRO on April 20, 2024 in Geneva at the Three Permanent Forum on Hendenan of Desendensia Afrikano of Nashonnan Uní:

The Caribbean Pan-African Network (CPAN) and the Bonaire Human Rights Organization (BHRO) are urging the Hendenan Permanent Forum of African Desendensia to address the urgent issue of colonialism in the Karib region. Despite the efforts made in the last three decades to implement the Eradication of Colonialism, Nashonnan Uní (from 1990 to 2020) no less than 20 colonies still exist in the Karibbean, which directly has an impact on the people of Afrikan heritage.

A main objective of the Permanent Forum concerning Hendenan of Afrikaan Desendensia, is to discuss the search for Hustisia Reparatorio, a kousa ku ta kana sam sam ku recommendations.

We propose that the Permanent Forum adopt a key initiative in the Second Decade for African Desendensia Hendenans, which focuses on Reparatory Hustisia for African Desendensia Karibeño Hendenans. And we must prioritize and collaborate with the efforts that lead the decolonization of the rest of the territories in the Karibe.

It is necessary for both Karibe and the internal community, to make this a priority here.

The abolition of sklabitut in Karibe, which began in 1834 and 1886, will not result in complete emansipashon. Instead, he marked the beginning of more than a century after colonial rule, promising that the Hopi nashonnan Karibense would achieve independence. However, here, around 20 Karibense territories, inhabited by African descendants, continue to be colonized.

And from 2020 to 2030, it is listed as the Di Kuater Dekada Internashonal para Eradikashon de Kolonialismo, whose objective is to eliminate practices of contemporary colonialism that violate the essential right of outodeterminashon, as enshrined in the Karta of Nashonnan Uní, and Deklarashon di Dekolonisashon ie relevant instruments of human rights. Resolution 48/7 of 2021 of the Konseho of Human Rights, emphasizes and negatively impacts the colonial herensianan that is stroba where the enjoyment of human rights.

The promise of two world wars in which they agreed to support the struggle of slavish and colonial people for freedom and equality, resulting in more than 80 million people losing their lives. This sakriphysio here promotes a global konsenshi that rejects the oppression of any people or nashon. Bèrdat is that until the birth of Nashonnan Uní, it is based on the commitment to defend internal affairs and security, which in turn is based on the principles of equal human rights and outodeterminashon for its people.

The essential right of self-determination is anchored in various internal instruments of human rights, affirming the freedom of your people to determine their political status and achieve their socio-economic and cultural development. Esakinan includes Articles 1 and 55 of the Charter of Nashonnan Uní, Article 73 of the Charter of Nashonnan Uní, Resolushon 1514 (XV) of 1960 (and Deklarashon of Dekolonisashon of Nashonnan Uní) and International Treaty of Civil and Political Law, and International Treaty of Economic, Social and Cultural Law, and International Treaty on the Forma of the Rasial Deskriminashon and Declarashon on the Law of the Indigenous People of Nashonnan Uní.

In light of the beginnings of this sad reality and persistent historical inhustisia of colonial rule, we urge the Permanent Forum on the Hendenan of Afrikaan Desendensia to take further action and desistive action to achieve Hustisia Reparatorio for the Hendenan of the Karibe of Afrikaan Desendensia, decolonizing the and there are plenty of priorities in Karibe. This is not only a question of historical rektifikashon, but a fundamental step to achieve equality and real humanity for our country.
