Alzheimer Bonaire Foundation, paid a courtesy visit to the Deputy James Kroon

According to tradition, a delegation of directors of the Alzheimer Bonaire Foundation paid a courtesy visit to the Deputy of Public Health, Mr. James Kroon on World Alzheimer’s Day, Thursday, September 21, to deliver the World Alzheimer Report 2023 “Reducing dementia risk: never too early, never too late”, which was published that day and also delivered the 2022 Annual Report of the Alzheimer Bonaire Foundation.

The President of FAB immediately took the opportunity, seeing deputies responsible for this portfolio for the first time, to inform the Foundation about its objective and activity organized by the board during World Alzheimer’s Month, but especially to bring some camping issues to the attention of the Deputies. 

The Deputy expressed his appreciation for the work and the objectives of the foundation and was also impressed by the activities on the World Alzheimer’s Month program and wished directives, their volunteers all the good for the future and that directives could count on their support and that of the Bonaire Government. Portfolio Advisor Mrs. Gisette Emer was also present during the conversation and by directive of the Alzheimer Foundation Bonaire President Mr. Evert L Piar, the Vice-president Mrs Henna Winklaar, the secretary Mrs Merry Ottenhof-Coffie and the second Secretary Mrs. Gerladine Dammers. It was a short conversation, but fruitful and to everyone’s satisfaction.
