As of 14 April 2023, the sale prices for fuel are adjusted. The price of gasoline drops by $2.00, the price of diesel drops by $14.00, the price of a large bottle of gas (100 lbs) drops by $3.00. The price of kerosene drops by $25.00. The next fuel price adjustment is on May 12, 2023.
In this price adjustment, the provisions of the Temporary Decree of 25 March 2022 on the reduction of accidents Caribbean Netherlands 2022, nr. 2022-104414 (Staatscourant Nr. 8683 of 28 March 2022) and also the Law of 21 December 2022 on amendments to certain tax laws and some other laws (Tax Plan 2023) (Staatsblad 532).
As of 1 April 2022 the excise duty on gasoline (MOGAS95) was USD 31.86 cents per hectolitre. According to the aforementioned regulations, the excise duty on gasoline (MOGAS95) is USD 15.86 cents per hectolitre for the period from 1 April 2022 to 30 June 2023.
