Recently The Island Council held an informal meeting with the Island Council members of Sint-Eustatius and Saba, with the aim of establishing ties with the colleagues of the two Windward Islands. Both delegations, who had travelled to Bonaire in associated with the celebration of Dia Di Boneiru, were also invited to the solemn meeting in the Passangrahan.
