Tourism receipts 2022
Every quarter the Central Bank monitors Tourism Receipts, which shows the amount of money that tourism brings to our economy. The A.T.A. has set a goal of reaching a 95% recovery for this indicator by 2022. The Central Bank recently published the figures for the last quarter of 2022. This illustrates a 118% recovery in Tourism Receipts in 2022 compared to 2019.

Tourism Receipts are the direct income generated through tourism and exclude the indirect income that Aruba’s economy generates thanks to the tourism industry.
