The Department of Traffic and Motor Vehicles conducted checks before, during and after the Flambeau Parade.
The Department of Traffic controlled at the beginning of the Flambeu Parade and found several vehicles that did not have their documents in order as well as a UTV.
Also, the Department of Motor Vehicles gave control to several strategic points during the parade.
A total of 11 drivers were detained, of which 5 lost their driving licenses. Controls will continue during the other parades ahead. The Police Corps makes an appeal once again not to drive a car under the influence of alcohol.
